We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Parts Clerk to join our team in keeping our fleet running smoothly. This position plays a key role in managing inventory and ensuring that all parts and supplies are properly tracked, ordered, and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order, receive, inspect, and store parts and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment to prevent delays.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and team members.
• Verify that all parts meet quality and industry standards.
• Prepare reports, track expenses, and assist with related administrative duties.
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• minimum requirement of 2 years experience in a warehouse, transportation, or maintenance environment preferred.
