**PLEASE HAVE A CLASS A LICENSE**
• 18 months of Tractor Trailer (OTR) in the last 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations
• No more than 3 preventable accidents (none can be recordable)
• No DUI’s in the last 3 years
• No felonies in the last 5 years
