QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age or older and have a valid CDL.
No preventable Loss of Control crashes within the past 5 years – This includes rollovers and jackknifes.
No DOT Recordable Rear-end collisions within the past 5 years. Non-DOT recordable rear ends will be considered based on severity and age of accident during the approval process.
No Careless/Reckless driving or DUI within the past 5 years. Speeding 20 or more miles over the speed limit will be considered reckless driving.
No positive drug or alcohol results ever (this includes refusals).
No Preventable fatality accidents within the last 5 years. Anything beyond 5 years will be considered based on the type and severity of crash and applicant’s driving history since the accident.
No Felony drug convictions within the past 10 years.
No drug distribution or intent to distribute convictions. Ever
No sex trafficking convictions. Ever
No pending criminal charges.
No convictions of crimes sexual in nature. Ever
No Violent criminal convictions within the previous 7 years.

No more than a combination of 3 unsafe violations (this includes violations on the PSP and MVR), accidents in the past 3 years, and any negative work history.
No more than one serious violation within 3 years. This includes Following too Close, Speeding 15 or more over, use of handheld mobile device, improper or erratic lane change, railroad crossing offenses, violating a driver or vehicle out-of-service order, Failure to control, and driving a CMV without a CDL issued or not in possession or driving while suspended.
