Remodeled and rebuilt
Fixed old plywood, applied 2 coats of elastomeric paint on roof, fixed trim molding, new roof vent, no leaks.
AC window unit included along with campa potti, rechargeable lights, new fire extinguisher, new carbon monoxide and fire alarm, and tv mount.
Stove works and includes with a small 5lb propane tank
Sink works and comes with hoses
Tried and tested with a family of 4 all the way to montana and colorado.
Things to note:
- no restroom.
- no holding tanks
- no electrical connections (fuse panels were removed before we got it and we adapted by connecting a 15amp port plug with a 6 plug power strip with a breaker in the inside. This way we were able to connect to electrical rv sites)
- one lifting jack does not work.
