Here passing by and creating this post, in which i am in the need of any employment. I am a hard working hispanic with 42 years of age. Born in California and raised in the state of Colorado.
Been through rough situations, along with a divorce. I am wanting to travel and move to another state, and start all over. I have over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, but i am also an opened mine and a fast learner.

* Carpentry / Framing
* Landscaping / Drain Systems
I can also read and understand drawings and blueprints. I can calculate materials and labor upon an open set of blue prints. I can also explain details and go over spec's base on open drawings. I am also very good with office work, such as creating scopes of works, estimate, invoices, and daily reports. I can read, write, and speak english. Also have lots of experience in job walking with clients, homeowners with open drawings or discussing scopes of work.
Also have about 2 years of experience in residential remodel work, and interiors like: drywall, texture, painting, tile work, LVP installation and many other tgings aswell.
