Im very considerate of peoples privacy, property, and sleep, and expect the same from everyone in the house (and their guests)
looking for something on the first floor so I dont have to climb stairs (but might not be a dealbreaker)
I clean my own mess in the kitchen, but not anyone elses
I will not damage anything in the house, use it for anything illegal, or play loud music when anyone else is home
I dont have any pets but I've been around them most of my life and never met a pet I didnt love
non-smoker (prefer no smoking in the house)
I even change the ac filter as needed if necessary
