This is for a single room in a shared house. The bedroom is spacious and located on the east side of the main floor.

The shared spaces are fully furnished but you will need to bring your own room furnishings. This mid-century modern styled house is perfect for a working person or UPS student. The location is great, just four blocks to UPS and two from the 6th Ave business district.
The main floor has the living/dining room as well as 2 large bedrooms, a full bathroom and the kitchen with tons of counter space. There is also a nook in the kitchen set up with a desk for extra work space. The upstairs has another bedroom and a half bath. The basement is connected to the house through a stairway but it also has a separate entrance from the tiny backyard. The finished basement has the laundry, a full bathroom, another bedroom and a large open living space.
Wireless internet is provided but renters share all other utilities.
You must be able to clean up after yourself and contribute to the cleanliness of the shared spaces.
Preferred lease length is 12 months.
The detached garage is not included in the lease but can be negotiated if wanted.
Background/credit check required for all tenants over the age of 18. Rent is $850 a month with $850 security deposit. Security deposit and first full month of rent due at signing.

Rental Criteria:
Rental History
Each applicant may demonstrate a history of meeting prior lease or mortgage obligations and leaving any prior rented properties in good order. Significant adverse rental history may disqualify an applicant or require additional payment security, such as a cosigner or additional applicant deposit.
Income History
Wages, assets, or subsidy assistance are accepted as evidence of ability to pay rent. If household income does not meet at least 2x the monthly rent amount, a guarantor or additional security deposit may be needed. Applicants should include 2 pay stubs and/or bank statements from the past 90 days with their application.
Credit History
A credit check is used to evaluate the applicant's credit history and ability to pay rent when due. A guarantor or additional security deposit may be needed where the applicant's credit history falls in the 'medium risk' range. An applicant may be declined if their credit history indicates high risk.
Criminal History
A criminal background check is needed of all applicants. If criminal history is found, an individualized assessment of the applicant’s criminal history will be conducted. An applicant may submit mitigating evidence of good conduct and rehabilitation that have occurred since any conviction or recent criminal activity.
