2,678.61 acre (1084 hectares) ranch for sale located between the municipalities of Guerrero and Villa Union, in the state of Coahuila, Mexico.
The perimeter of the ranch measures 13.04 miles (21 kms.) and has roads in very good condition. It also has a road that crosses the center of the ranch.
The ranch has the following:

- A small house for a worker

- The whole ranch is fenced in. The fence is in good condition.
- Two corrals in two of the areas of the ranch, in good condition.
