Used but in good condition. Steel, weighs about 40 lbs. Has been in storage 99% of the time that I have owned it. Didn't have a truck then, only a SUV. I have no need for it. 500 lbs. weigh limit with 2 inch receiver, 300 lbs. limit with 1.5 inch receiver. Harbor Freight has smaller ones for $59 plus tax. Locking safety pin and 2 keys included. $90.
