About the Position
We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist customers in a professional manner
Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate office activities
Maintain organized records and handle confidential information appropriately
Assist with customer inquiries, problem resolution, and front‑office support
Support management with daily operational tasks
Work some weekends and holidays when needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
1–2 years of customer service experience required
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Must pass a background check
Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, data entry)
