Vintage 1978/79 Marshall half stack. All original, period-correct,
both pieces with original covers.
THE HEAD — 1978 Marshall JMP 2203 Mk2 Master Model 100W Lead
- USA-spec, made in England
- Original factory QC sticker dated 12/19/1978 still on chassis
- Original GE 6550 power tubes
- Original Dagnall/Drake transformers
- 100% original — no mods, no added inputs, no circuit changes
- Includes original 1970s Marshall vinyl head cover
- Powered up, tested, plays great through all knobs and both inputs
- The legendary 2203 — AC/DC, Sabbath, Zeppelin tone
THE CAB — 1979 Marshall 1960B 4x12 Slant Cabinet
- Loaded with a matched quad of original Celestion G12H-30
"Blackback" speakers (model T1281, 16 ohms, 55Hz)
- Speakers dated April-May 1979 — factory matched
- These are the Hendrix / Page / Iommi / Blackmore speakers, the
most desirable vintage Celestions ever made
- Original basketweave grille cloth, original casters, original
jack plate
- Includes original 1970s Marshall cab cover
- All four speakers tested, all working, no cone damage
- Tested and fully functional.
