Throughout the 20th Century, Baldwin was a major force in the American piano market, building handcrafted instruments in all ranges from full-blown performance-level concert grands to amazing sounding small spinets.
Their Artist Series pianos, like this 6’ 3” Model L, were highly regarded by professionals and teachers for the smooth action and warm, “American” tone. This model was one of their most successful, found in so many high-level music schools and teaching studios.
This piano was well-maintained and kept in very good condition.
