Mid-West Textile is looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in El Paso, TX. If you have experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, inventory, or supply chain operations, we'd love to hear from you!
This is a full-time, on-site position. Applicants must currently live in the El Paso area or be able to reliably commute. Relocation assistance is not available.
What You'll Do
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
Schedule and track freight pickups and deliveries.
Communicate with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate logistics records.
Generate shipping, transportation, and inventory reports.
Maintain shipment documentation.
Support warehouse, purchasing, and production teams.
Help improve logistics processes and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and transportation requirements.
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping & receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, AS400, or similar software is a plus.
Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
