Super busy property management company has an immediate opening for a full-time maintenance/repair technician.
This position is for a mature, reliable person who can work independently, use email, photos and text messages to coordinate work keeping and eye for detail.
Must be 18 years old or older, have a valid drivers license, insurance and a clean driving record. Experience with trimming, pruning and general exterior maintenance would be helpful but ideally we want a candidate to be bilingual English/Spanish and have knowledge or experience in
1) Carpet Removal
2) Glue Down Carpet Replacement
3) Painting
4) Drywall Repair and installation
5) Basic plumbing and general handyman skills
6) Their own vehicle.
40 hours weekly/paid weekly/paid holidays/paid vacation after a year/mobile phone allowance/mileage reimbursement weekly. Starting pay $13-$15 per hour starting pay depending on experience.
