We are seeking a Sole Stitcher to support our Finishing Department by securing the outsole to the welt with a continuous stitch around the perimeter of the boot. This role is essential to maintaining our standards of craftsmanship and ensuring consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Fold and straighten welt to ensure clean alignment
• Operate sole stitch machine to sew around the circumference of the boot
• Rotate and guide the boot through the machine for consistent stitching

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Driver’s License
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instruction.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Use of hands, tools, or equipment as required
• Repetitive motion required in trimming tasks.
