We are seeking a Craftsman Apprentice to support our boot manufacturing process by assisting with the assembly of boots, preparation of components, and organization of production materials. This role is essential to maintaining our standards of craftsmanship and ensuring consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with basic production tasks and support skilled craftsmen.
• Prepare materials and components for the next steps in the manufacturing process.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Restock supplies and materials as needed to support workflow.
• Learn and follow company quality and safety standards.
• Take direction and show a willingness to learn new skills.

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Driver’s License
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instruction.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Use of hands, tools, or equipment as required
• Repetitive motion required in box toe and organizing tasks.

• Work may involve exposure to leather materials, adhesives, and mechanical equipment
