Grounds Maintenance & Litter Control Technician

Delta Unlimited LLC is seeking a motivated and reliable Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated 50-person team in El Paso. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping our community facilities clean and well-maintained, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• General Maintenance: Perform high-quality landscaping tasks, including mowing, weed-eating, trimming, blowing, and general facility cleanup.
• Property Inspections: Monitor accounts for vegetation health (identifying dead or dying plants) to ensure optimal curb appeal.
• Quality Control: Regularly review completed work to maintain company service standards.
• Equipment Care: Perform routine maintenance on gas-powered tools and apparatus to ensure they remain in top working condition.
• Client Relations: Provide professional customer service and address client needs effectively.

Requirements & Physical Demands

• Work Environment: Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat and cold).
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 45–50 lbs without assistance.
• Availability: Full-time (minimum 32 hours/week). Shifts are Monday–Friday, with Saturdays and holidays required as needed. Overtime is available.
• Qualifications: * Age 18+ with a valid State ID or Driver’s License.
• • Familiarity with gas-powered landscaping equipment.
  • Tech-savvy enough to operate a mobile phone for work tasks.
  • Background: Must be eligible to enter schools and federal establishments. We are open to discussing/clarifying background check results.

Ideal Candidate

While a Driver’s License and previous groundskeeping experience are preferred, we value a willingness to learn and a commitment to staying with the company long-term (2+ years). Our ideal teammate is punctual, self-starting, and ready to grow.
