Job Overview
Oh Boy! Cleaning Services LLC is seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to start part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance, availability, and company needs. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards in both residential homes and commercial office spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize residential and commercial properties
Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and living areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas
Follow service checklists and client-specific instructions
Restock supplies and report maintenance or safety concerns
Deliver professional, friendly customer service
Requirements
Reliable transportation to travel to job sites
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
A phone interview and paid working interview will be conducted prior to hiring.
Compensation Details
$14/hour – Company provides all equipment and cleaning supplies
$16/hour – Cleaner provides their own equipment and required supplies (vacuum, mop, cleaners, etc.)
