Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be meticulous about food preparation with experience in kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals following recipes and portion guidelines
- Ensure food quality by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen
- Monitor food stock levels
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow
- Adhere to proper food handling procedures and regulations
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a restaurant or food service industry is a plus
