THIS IS A LONG TERM ROLE WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME A CAREER AND RECIEVE PAY INCREASES
Training Time: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Shift Time: Monday - Sunday (Must Be Flexible To Work Weekends When Scheduled) 9:30am - 6pm OR 12:30pm - 9pm
Incentive Plan: Every Time You Complete 38hrs/week (Weekly You Work 40hrs Normally) An Extra $1 Will Be Added To Every Hour You Worked That Week (Essentially You Will Earn $13/hr instead of $12)
This is a Customer Service role where you will be answering phones, providing support to people with Snap, EBT, and Food Stamps. Helping those people resolve their issues and get transferred to the correct facilities that are needed to do that. There will be paid training that will prepare you to succeed in this role, but we are looking for people with strong customer service skills.
MUST BE:
- able to work one weekend day of the week (Saturday or Sunday)
- have experience working in customer service in some capacity
- be able to pass a background check
Required Skills:
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to handle high call volumes
- Must be able to respond to inquires in a timely manner
