Oversee and manage pool renovation projects (replaster, tile, decking, equipment upgrades) from start to finish
Coordinate schedules, crews, and materials to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Manage daily operations, including service routes, technician performance, and workflow efficiency
Communicate with customers regarding estimates, project updates, and service recommendations
Prepare and review quotes, invoices, and job documentation
Ensure all work meets company standards, safety guidelines, and local codes
Identify opportunities for repairs, upgrades, and renovations to drive revenue
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Assist with training and mentoring technicians
Requirements
Experience in pool renovations, maintenance, and equipment repair
Travel may be required to attend training
Strong understanding of pool systems (pumps, filters, heaters, plumbing, automation)
Experience with office operations, including scheduling, customer communication, and invoicing
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
No criminal history
Preferred Qualifications
Sales experience or ability to close renovation and equipment upgrade jobs

Ability to support marketing efforts, including promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement
