Supervisor, Shared Services

Core Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Establish policies and procedures  
• Mentor and supervise direct reports 
• Responsible for assisting the manager with interviewing, hiring, and training 
• Coordining/assigning tasks, performing annual evaluion 
• Team payroll, schedules, Kronos timekeeping 
• Ensure accure and timely billing 
• Analyze new customer’s needs and implement processes as needed 
• Set up new customers and communice new processes to the field and billing staff as needed 
• Analyze and upde monthly accounting reports as needed, unbilled reports and revenue reports 
• Monitor weekly billing progress 
• Other duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• Associe or bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience in the field of business, finance or similar preferred 
• Leadership and supervisory skills 
• Strong computer skills, ability to adapt to multiple systems and especially Microsoft Excel  
• Possess analytical and interpersonal skills 
• Be a self-motived, problem solver 
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
• Ability to carry out assigned projects to their completion 
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relionships with employees, supervisors, officers, vendors, and the public 
• Transportion experience preferred but not required 
  

Skills: 

• Ideal candide will possess a “can do” titude with a “will do” work ethic 
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong verbal and written communicion skills 
• Experience with AS400 opering systems and Oracle is a plus 
• Transportion industry knowledge and experience is a plus
